**New Updates**

Brrrr Baby it's cold out there and the wind is howling and blowing! Then there is snow and more snow! I know we are NOT going anywhere with the 3 foot drifts in our driveway!

My First BIG THANK YOU goes out to my hubby Mike, my sister Tonya, my mom Barb and my niece Courtney! I can honestly say without ALL of their help this event would not of happened! Thank God for family! SO THANK YOU!

Second I want to thank all of you who were able to come out and visit and for those of you who attended the scrap event! And for those of you who could not make it I hope you are creating some wonderful memories and scrapping those keepsakes! Maybe I will see you next time!

We all had a very fun time and I know I forgot my camera but next time I will pack that first along with my register tape! Thank you all of you for your understanding. Next time there will be more signs, the scrapping hours will be a little longer and even though every registered guest received little gifts, every registered guest will also WIN a prize!

I am very much looking forward to the next one in March! I will no longer be having Card Mania but I will have a free make and take! Card Mania takes many, many hours to prepare and I guess I will use that time to prepare and plan for the scrap events instead. I know you ladies are going to miss it but you just never know what I might come up with next! ;-}

There will be limited seating to 32 spaces. You will have a 4 foot area all to yourself!

I know some of you would like a better understanding of the Punch Card so here goes.....

~The Punch Card has $100 worth of punches on it. Once you spend $100 you will receive $10 in FREE product!

~Whenever you have at least a $5 dollar sale before tax your card will get punched. And for every $5 dollars in purchases your card will get punched.

~If you have a filled punch card BEFORE your purchase you can either take $10 off of your purchase or go pick out $10 in product for FREE!

~If you spend at least $200 dollars before tax you can use one of your filled cards to take $10 off of your purchase.

~If you finish up a card on one of your purchases: Example you have have only 3 punches left before a card is filled and you just spent $25. You will get your 3 punches and I will start another card for you. At that time you can go get $10 in free product but you CAN NOT use it to take $10 off until your next purchase because you just filled up the card with the purchase you just made.

~I keep all of the cards for you on file so they go to ALL scrap events with me. Plus if you call and order anything from me or once my HOT DEAL of the WEEK starts up again I will also give you punches for that as well!

I hope this clarifies the Punch Card for you but if you have any questions just give me a call or email me. I will be more than happy to help you.

For those of you who were only signed up for Friday and not Saturday and your wondering how I survived Friday night after getting sick......

Well I stayed at my sisters THANK GOD! By Saturday afternoon I was alive and kicking!

I know through all of the excitement I forgot to have my Christmas Basket giveaway ready but I did put in all of the customers names in by Saturday afternoon who had stopped out on Friday and all of the registered guests names were also put into the basket. We drew the name before closing on Saturday night and the Winner was.....

Cards for a Cause

Cards for a Cause went over very well this year. I will be going this week to pick mittens off of the mitten tree and wrapping for a lot of kids! With our matched amount in Memory of Dee, Mike's mother, we have

Thank you to all of you for either donating cards or for making a purchase! Once the presents are wrapped I will take a picture and post it for you! I am so excited to do this! It gives me a warm fuzzy feeling!

Well that is it for now. The kiddies are home fighting over who gets the mermaid outfit for their Barbie doll and my house well ..... looks like a hurricane came through it. I need some ear plugs, a maid, some chocolate and calgon. I have some wine so maybe I can go lock myself away somewhere and hide out for awhile!

Here is what is included for Registered Guests for Scrapping:

Registered guest for Scrapping is for 10 years of age and older. If under the age of 15 the child must be accompanied by an adult.

Friday evening includes supper, 2 beverage tickets, coffee all day, lots of snacks, a ticket for prizes that are being given away every hour. Plus coupons with special surprise savings just for YOU!

The first one is a pretty red Holiday card you will design using the techniques from the demo using Tattered Angels glimmer mist and their over lays. A die cut from Spellbinders with JoY stamped on it will be added to the front with some sparkling bling! Then for a special touch you will add a sweet red ribbon bow!

The other project is a really sweet 8x8 layout with a tag!

You can add a picture to this and display it on a frame holder for an added decor piece to your coffee table or give for a gift. You could also add this pieces to a 12x12 layout for an added shimmering winter layout. You will once again use the techniques that Heidi will demo and you will use the glimmer mist and over lays from Tattered Angels. With the added sheer ribbon and blings this piece will make a beautiful Christmas present or you could be selfish and keep it for yourself.

Just thought I would let all of you know that I will have 2 spaces to set up all of my goodies at the Elementary School in Winnebago.

I will hopefully have some pre-made goodies like scrapbook page layouts, Designed wrapped candy bars, mini kits and oh YES, some NEW PRODUCTS!!!!

This is really a nice Craft Show and the School is packed with lots of crafters! This is a good time to go for a drive, go shopping for those early Christmas presents and have some lunch too!

There is a menu for lunch, bake sale and drawings for prizes! There are also some cute shops downtown as well to visit!

Take I-90 and go about 37 miles

Take US 169 exit, exit 119 (Blue Earth)

Take a right you are now on 169 heading towards Winnebago and go about 8 miles

Then when you get to Winnebago you will see DQ on the left side so keep going a few more blocks and turn right after the Grocery store which is 1st Ave South. There is the school!

You can go on old Highway 109 too. Just get on I-90 and get off at the Alden exit and stay on 109 through Wells , make sure you turn left at Caseys and then the first right, right after Caseys so you stay on 109. You will go though Easton and Delevan then come upon Winnebago (you are still on 109). Once in Winnebago you will come up to a stop sign, there is a bar and grill on the right hand side (so now you know you are in the right area) take a right and then go up a few blocks and take a right on 1st Ave SE. You will see the school!

Just wanted to say Hi to all of YOU and it is really not much fun tearing apart my shop. Mixed emotions but I keep in the back of my mind that I will have another shop soon! And The Scrap Events are not that far away! So I will see you later......

Right now I feel like a revolving door in and out, driving back home for drop offs and then back to the shop to load up. I am totally exhausted and I can not relax my mind becsause of all of the ideas that are going through my head!

**Last week for SALES**

Hey there EVERYBODY! Where is the SUN??? I miss it! As most of you know this is the last week that our store location will be open. We will close the doors to the shop

Yes, bittersweet.... mixed emotions and I will miss having visitors stopping just to say hi. I know I better have my Kleenex with me because the week is getting shorter. I am very much looking forward to the Scrap Events at the Union Center and please, please if you have any questions just give me a call. I will post my cell number after the 10th so you are able to contact me. My cell is an Albert Lea number so it is not long distance for you.

I have made many new friends and I hope to see you out and about or at the Scrap Events. Thank you to ALL OF YOU for Supporting Scrapping on the Go and Pictures Delight Photography. Without ALL of YOU we could not have come this far and made our dream come true! THANK YOU!

I look at this change in my life as a new Chapter to add to my Scrapbook and we just need a couple of years to be able to move hopefully to the Alden area. Soooo.... you know what that means? We want to re-open a bigger store still in the Albert Lea area after the move. ( We have lots of new ideas) The driving almost 2 hours every day can take a lot of time out of one's life even though I enjoy sightseeing! Life is so short and my babies are all growing up so fast believe me this is much needed. My girls miss me! Now I will have my family life, meet with my friends and still be able to have a part time job doing my favorite hobby....

Hey Ladies did you see the pretty designs?? Oh they are so pretty and you can create these beautiful designs with Heidi too!

The class will be on

I know some of you still have auction certificates be sure to check the dates. The ones that exp. the end of Sept WILL NOT BE HONORED after that date. The ones without a date can be used though OCT 10th.

THE CERTIFICATES CAN NOT BE USED AT THE SCRAP EVENTS

Gift Certificates can still be purchased and used at all Scrap Events. Your punch cards go wherever I go so do not worry about losing your credit! =)

It has been a beautiful week! I hope all of you are enjoying this lovely weather!

Kids are starting back to school this week so I hope I do not wake up late! It is really hard to get back into routines!

If you have any auction certificates that you may have purchased from awhile ago and they do not exp dates on them, you will have to use those up by Oct10th. Some have exp date for Sept 30th.
